Please note that herein, the clients refers to those who pay or have any prospects of paying to download the content while the members refer to those who register to the website and can thereof qualify to upload content into the website.

Reject any application for membership or upload of some materials.
To de-register or unregister any member any time without necessarily having to issue any notice beforehand;
Whenever there is adequate reason to convince us that the content uploaded is not genuinely what the member who uploaded it described it to be, we have the right to withhold payments emanating from any purchases of this particular content from this website and even to refund the money to those who will have purchased the content. This will, wherever possible and convenient, be done in consultation and on having notified the member who uploaded that particular content.
If and whenever we establish or suspect that any member has uploaded content not genuinely what he/she/otherwise has described herein when uploading or updating the content, we can inform our clients in any way, including but not limited to changing the font of the descriptions of other contents uploaded by that particular member whose material has been deemed or suspected to be not genuine.
Whenever there is adequate reason to convince us that the content uploaded by any member has been plagiarized, purchased or copied from another member (whom we herein refer to as the original owner), we have the right to withhold payments emanating from any purchases of this particular content from this website and even to disburse any purchases of the so plagiarized, purchased or copied content to the original owner. This will, wherever possible and convenient, be done in consultation and on having notified the member who uploaded that particular content.

Changes

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material we will try to provide at least 7 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
